EVALUATION

After tactics are implemented, it is important to evaluate what you have done so you can determine which strategies and tactics worked well and which may need to be tweaked, enhanced or discarded before the next communications cycle.

Research, planning, implementation and evaluation are vital components of an effective communications program. It is difficult to perform effective evaluation without first having a solid understanding of what your communications was trying to accomplish. A communications audit is a good place to start if your company or organization needs assistance with both research and evaluation.
